Dr. Ashok Handa is an alumnus of Govt. Medical College, Patiala from where he passed his MBBS in 1984.
Thereafter he joined the HP Health Department in April 1986.
He passed his MD in Anaesthesiology from IGMC, Shimla in 1994 after which he has served as Specialist in Anaesthesiology in Regional Hospital, Solan till June 2021.
In his professional career of more than 35 years in the HP Health Department, besides being Specialist in Anaesthesiology he has also served as the SMO Incharge as well as the Senior Medical Superintendent of Regional Hospital, Solan.
